SCHOLARSHIP OPPORTUNITY:
The Mountain View IOOF Lodge 244 is
offering a scholarship to a senior high
school student entering college.
The emphasis this year will be on financial need.
The student selected from Mountain View High School and the student selected from Los Altos High School
will both receive a $1,000.00 scholarship.

REQUIRED APPLICATION MATERIALS:
1. Complete an application form.
2. Include three (3) letters of reference, in sealed envelopes.
References: Provide Three Letters of Recommendation
*Two Letters from a Teacher or Academic Advisor;
*One Letter from a Work or Volunteer Supervisor, a Youth Leader or Personal Acquaintance
     (If you need help asking for a recommendation see
            Mrs. Brock in the College/Career Center.)
3. Include an official high school transcript complete with Registrar's Stamp.
